We have a process of manufacturing our AccuPeel® laminated shim stock that enables our customers to peel our shims without using heat or a blowtorch.

Our precise, easy-to-peel shim materials offer a uniform, even peel while meeting the latest revisions of AMS-DTL-22499 (formerly MIL-S-22499), AMS 4013, AMS 5500 and AMS 4508. Available in 24″ x 48″ sheets and made from .002″ and .003″ foils, we also can provide custom oversized sheets and partial sheets, as well as custom peel strengths for unique applications.

Our recently added state-of-the art coating line allows us to control all facets of manufacturing, so we can offer very short lead times- within days.
